Identifying the barriers to accessing spiritual opportunities is a necessary step toward identifying the role these opportunities plays in people’s life and how to increase participation. 

In TMT’s December 2007 community survey of Washoe County residents, 13.2 % responded that they have not, vs. 79.4% who responded that they have found resources in this community that support their faith and beliefs.
